Small GROUP SESSION INSTRUCTION IN FUN & COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT
Youth and high school players will gain an edge prior to the spring season by participating in these highly personal, small group training sessions. The Winter Power Skills Series is open to non-members grades 5th through 12th interested in winter conditioning. Current Dodgers may also participate in this event as an additional skills offering outside of their club membership.
The Winter Power Skills Series kicks off November 28th and runs through February 7th from 7:30 - 9 pm. Discounted rate available when purchasing a bundle of 10 sessions.

The Winter Power Skills Series is led by Dodger Director Dee Stephan along with additional Dodgers staff throughout the sessions.
Dee Stephan: current Director of Dodgers with 25+ years of high school coaching experience and a former Division III college coach, US Lacrosse rules committee member 2011-1016 and US Lacrosse Board Member 2010 - 2016
Girls Grades 5-12 are invited to attend this opportunity. Stick skills, shooting, cutting, 1v1 defense, defensive footwork, dodging and more are covered throughout the series!
The Winter Power Skills Series kicks off February 12th and runs through April 23rd on Sundays from 3:30 - 5 pm (2-3:30 pm on April 9). Discounted rate available when purchasing a bundle of 7 sessions.

Attend Dodgers clinics for $10 each if you register for the Power Skills Series. Clinics are open to all (normally $25) and consist of offensive and defensive skill instruction into game situations.

Shannon McHale, assistant coach at Florida Southern College (2016 NCAA DII National Champions), has 20+ years of experience coaching at NCAA DIII level. Coach McHale left Ithaca College after the 2015 season to relocate Florida. In her four-year stint at Ithaca, her teams were consistently ranked in the NCAA DIII top 20 and were undefeated, regular season conference champions in 2012, 2013 and 2014. Coach McHale was named conference Coach of the Year in 2012 and 2013.
